Door vrijval uit eerdere openstellingen is het budget voor het JTF-gebied in Zeeland verhoogd naar \u20ac 17.925.000. Dit is ongeveer 12 miljoen euro meer dan het bedrag dat in de subsidieregeling staat. Voor Zuid-Limburg is het nieuwe budget \u20ac 11.270.000.
